The office is at 204 Kelly Mill Road, Cumming, GA 30040. Phone: (770) 317-1237. Email: info@resetroofing.com. Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; weekends by appointment. How a Reset job is staffed
Sales, project management, and customer experience sit in-house. In Georgia, roof installation is performed by subcontracted crews. The installers Reset uses have worked with the company for years. They are insured, certified, trained, and vetted. An on-site supervisor is present on install days, and homeowners receive photo updates while the job is underway.
