How a Reset job is staffed

Sales, project management, and customer experience sit in-house. In Georgia, roof installation is performed by subcontracted crews. The installers Reset uses have worked with the company for years. They are insured, certified, trained, and vetted. An on-site supervisor is present on install days, and homeowners receive photo updates while the job is underway.
